Terms of Use

By using mousetest.net you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

The tests on this site are free for personal and commercial use. You may link to any page. You may not copy the site wholesale, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in a way that places an unreasonable load on our servers.

Accuracy of results

The tests measure what your browser reports. Results depend on your browser, operating system, drivers and settings, and should be treated as estimates rather than certified measurements. A test result is a useful indication of a hardware fault but is not a guarantee that a retailer or manufacturer will accept a return or warranty claim.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MouseTest is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results, including decisions to repair, return or replace hardware.

Intellectual property

The text, design and code of the site belong to MouseTest unless stated otherwise. Product and brand names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to external sites for reference. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
